The Assam Kaziranga University and Tetso College signed a Memorandum of Undertaking on Friday, 22nd September 2023 at Lorin Hall, Tetso College, Sovima, Chümoukedima. The collaboration aims to achieve and enhance the promotion in research endeavors, providing students with a holistic educational experience that extends beyond the classroom, such as Student Exchange Programs, Workshops and so forth.
Benefits and future plans of the MoU from both the Institutions were presented by Mr. Anjan K. Behera, Acting Assistant Dean (School of English and Political Studies), Tetso College and Mr. Abhijeet Bharadwaj, Manager, The Assam Kaziranga University. Highlighting the opportunities, both the representatives of the institutions focussed on enhancing on research and contribution to academics, seminars, panel discussions, conferences, book publications, journal publications, academic, resource sharing, cultural exchange, research collaboration, student mobility, faculty development and so forth.
Boby Roy, CMO and Dean – Admissions, The Assam Kaziranga University in his address stated that the University was formed with the vision to enable students to be skilled and explore beyond knowledge with its motto, Knowledge and Beyond. He further encouraged the students to believe in themselves and be at a global level.
The ceremony ended with the official signing of the MoU between the Principal, Dr. Hewasa L. Khing, Tetso College and Mr. Boby Roy, CMO and Dean – Admissions, The Assam Kaziranga University.
