Hostel Accommodation
Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu options. Room options include single rooms, double rooms, triple rooms and dorm-style 5 bedded rooms. Hostels have an inverter and solar water heater facilities with dedicated sports and hostel specific activities.
Accommodation is provided subject to availability. The hostel wardens at Tetso College are called Resident Co-ordinators or “RC”. The RCs serve as the point of contact for the students in the hostel and their parents/guardians. Students who require accommodation should submit a separate hostel form
Hostel facilities include solar water geysers, aqua guard purified drinking water, and four, three and two-bedded rooms. Limited single-bedded rooms are available. Kindly note that students will be provided only basic amenities like a desk chair and bed. Bedding and other requirements must be arranged by students.
Hostel specific events are conducted by the student clubs within the hostel and include hostel sports, freshers’ day, parting social and pre-Christmas.
Mess food consists of non-veg items for dinner and vegetarian for breakfast. In case of special dietary issues, students are required to make their own arrangements.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOSTEL:
- Students must pay 1st installment at the time of admission to the hostel. Inclusive of mess fee.
- If you have opted for the installment basis payment option the due dates for the installment will be sent to your email after the 1st Installment is paid.
- ₹2000.00 will be deducted if admission is canceled before the opening of the hostels.
- Cancellation: Cancellation form must be collected from the Accounts office before the end of an installment. Cancellation done between the due date period will be charged a service fee of 1000/-. In case a student cancels after the due date, the full amount of the installment has to be paid.
- Hostel Cancellation Process:
- Visit the Accounts Department and request a Hostel Check out Form.
- Obtain the necessary signatures from the concerned departments to confirm the cancellation.
- Important: If the hostel service is not officially cancelled by following this process, the hostel fee installments will continue to be charged until the cancellation is completed.
- A late fine of ₹300.00 is applicable if the Hostel fee is not cleared before the due date.
- Students must produce receipts in case of any discrepancies.
- All fees must be paid in full in an event of expulsion, transfer or cessation of studies.
