Theme : “Permissum iuvenes mentes (empowering young minds)”
Greetings from the department of Education , Tetso College, Sovima Dimapur.
We would like to cordially invite you to our “inter-collegiate Edu_ Fair“ 2022,based on the theme “permissum iuvenes mentes (empowering young minds)” to be held on 28th of march 2022.
The goal of this educational fair is to bring out the best of students- abilities, & creativity, also to enhance their communication & leadership skills, and build confidence impacting their overall aspects as a student.
Activities & items to be included:
- Commercial act
- Refurbish
- Photography
- Declamation
- Sketching
- Slogan writing
- Spelling bee
- Calligraphy writing
- Photo Booth( Get a chance to click with some famous personified philosophers, educationists etc)
- Food Kiosk

- Commercial Act (max 2 groups from each college)
- Group consisting of 3 members
- Time of presentation will be 5 minutes per each group
- The participants are requested to be there 10 minutes ahead to pick the item.
- There should be clarity in the thought process and proper execution of the act.
Points to be remembered- Using foul language is not permitted.
- Overall impression of the narrative
- Compelling ideas and acts will be judged.
- Refurbish (max. 2 person from each college)
- Individual contest.
- It will be for 45 minutes
- The participants will need to bring their own materials.
- Will be judge on the basis of Creativity level, Uniqueness and originality of the work
- Photography (max 3 per college)
- Individual contest.
- Submission of photos will be done through online mode
- Each digital photo file should contain the photographer’s name, the name of the college and also date & time
- The Institution reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules
- Photos must be original and should not be edited using any software.
- Uniqueness of concept will be taken into consideration
- Color/black and white pictures are allowed.
- Photos and caption should be based on the theme
- The files must be submitted in a JPEG format only
- The photographs may be use by Tetso college for display or publication purposes but when used so credits shall be given to the photographer.
- Declamation (max 2 from each College)
- Individual contest
- The participants are to develop an oration that delivers the message of the author in an original and engaging manner.
- Pick up any personalities mentioned below and come prepared with their famous speech (not more than 3 minutes).
- Mahatma Gandhi
- Hitler
- Vladimir putin
- Rani Lakshmi bai
- Mary Kom
- Mamta Baneerjee
- Narenrdra modi
- Martin Luther
- Abraham Lincoln
- Proper costumes need to be used.
- Speech should be selected of which you are confident and can persuasively deliver.
- Sketching
- Individual contest
- Participants will need to bring their own materials
- The time allotted will be for 1 hour.
- The competition will be on campus
- Slogan writing (maximum 2 participants per college)
- Individual contest
- To be submitted online
- Convert your work to pdf file
- It should not exceed 12 words
- Spelling bee (2 maximum from each College)
- Group contest
- The competition will be held on campus
- There will be three (3) rounds
- Maximum 2 minutes will be given for spelling out the given word.
- Calligraphy Writing (maximum 2 from each College)
- Individual contest
- The participants should use Black pen or pencil only.
- Time allotment will be of 10 minutes maximum
