Autumn Fest 2019 held

Dimapur, November 16: Not only do college fests provide a much needed break from academics but they can be a great platform for students to showcase, enhance their skills and help them grow holistically. With this in mind, Tetso College organized its annual Autumn Fest on November 16, 2019 at the college campus in Sovima, Dimapur which offered an array of literary activities, games, and competitions. Presenting the welcome note in the inaugural programme, Dr. S Elika Assumi, Dean of School of Social Sciences and PG Studies, Tetso College shared that the season of autumn represents a season of festivity and the onset of good tidings to come. She also added that, for the Nagas, this season is a time for harvest and for family and friends to bond, which for the students is a day of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.

The Department of Sociology also launched the first edition of its e-book ‘Genos’ (ISBN: 978-81-929456-

Events such as Group Song Competition, Traditional Show Competition, Oratory Competition, Extempore Speech Competition, Debate Competition, Mobile Legends Competition, and talent hunt competition dubbed Tetso’s Got Talent kept both students and teachers well entertained throughout the day.
