Dr. Hewasa L. Khing (Principal, Tetso College) – Secretary
Hewasa L. Khing is the Principal of Tetso College, Dimapur Nagaland. She holds a Ph.D in Cultural Studies from the English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad and has been teaching in the English Honours programme. She recently edited a book titled Critical Conversations in Naga Society.

Sitseilhou Virie is a retired Government employee who was working in the Government sector as the Additional Director, Treasuries & Accounts before he retired in 2009. He graduated from Kohima College, while at the same time working as an LDA at PWD.
Er. Khose Sale (Community Stakeholder Representatives) – Member
Er. Khose Sale is currently serving as the Chairman of Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC). He retired as the Chief Engineer of the Department of Power, GoN in 2019.
Dr. Mary N. Odyuo (Nagaland University Representative (2024-2027, as per Notification NU-CDC-/Gen-4/2008(Vol I)-2662)) – Member
Dr Mary N Odyuo is an Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural Extension Education, School of Agricultural Sciences, Nagaland University (SAS, NU), with over 12 years of experience in teaching and research. Dr Odyuo was the Nagaland University PG Gold medalist, the recipient of the title ‘Young Scientist, 2023’ by Society of Extension Education, Agra; awarded ‘Scientist of the Year, 2023’ by the Society of Recent Development in Agriculture, Meerut. She is a life member in several prominent agri-allied societies and a member of peer review committee for Journal of Soils and Crops (ISSN 0971-2836), a UGC CARE Listed Journal. She has to her credit over 50 research articles published, published over 10 book chapters, and has authored two books. Dr Odyuo has successfully completed a project on ‘Studies of IHCUC’ assigned by NITI Aayog, New Delhi; actively involved in monitoring and evaluation of centrally sponsored schemes (ATMA/ FPO) implemented by Nagaland State Government; a consultant to the Directorate of Evaluation, Government of Nagaland for the ongoing evaluative study on ‘PM-POSHAN’. Dr Odyuo currently holds the charge of Farmers Cell at SAS, NU and the General Secretary of NU Teachers Association, Medziphema Campus. Besides academia, she is also an Advisor to the Lotha Women Hoho, Chumoukedima District, Nagaland.

Wati Longchar is a Manager in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s banking and Capital Markets (B&CM) Internal Audit practice with over 12 years of experience in risk management strategy. She completed her Masters from EFLU Hyderabad, was part of the Accelerated Management Program at Yale School of Management and Certified in Risk Information and Security Controls (CRISC).
Dr. Anjan K Behera – IQAC Coordinator
Dr. Anjan K. Behera is the IQAC Coordinator, and the Acting Dean of the School of English & Political Studies. He is also a freelance translator for All India Radio, Kohima. His areas of interest and research include diaspora fiction, televisual culture, gender studies, and postcolonial studies. His PhD thesis submitted in 2023 is a treatise on the dialogics of representation, analysing the representation of men in the diaspora Indian novels by women writers.
