The Science and Spirituality of Kāmasūtra and an Art of Intimacy: A way to Healthy Body, Mind and Life
How do you validate human existence? Ancient Hindu scriptures say there are four pillars to this: dharma, artha, kama, moksha. Dharma is about the responsibility to society at large. Artha is about achievement and success. Kama is about intimacy, about sensual and sexual pleasures. Moksha is about freedom from bondage and worldly suffering. All four goals contribute to happiness. Kamasutra is about pleasure, it is not about sex. Sex is a very physical act that anybody can indulge in the act of sex, pleasure is something that only a human mind can understand and indulge in. Pleasure is a much longer, lasting thing and it is extremely good for you, it is the refined, elevated experience of love and physical intimacy that a couple shares. Ancients believed that if a couple shared good physical intimacy, their marriage will be stable, if the marriage is stable, the society will be stable. In ancient times, kings entering the palace of their queens were gifted a handbook of Kamasutra. Kamasutra is about desire, pleasure, refinement of the intimate human experience! In this session, we will learn about Modern thoughts about sex Learnings from Kamasutra for young people How to be a better conversationalist in relationship The concept of souls The world of Illusion Yogic meditation and intimacy Gains through all this knowledge
