Tourism, one of the biggest and fastest growing sector has been considered as a vulnerable industry i.e. in comparison to other industries, tourism industry gets more affected due to any external or internal shocks or stresses. In this regard, the latest outbreak of Corona (COVID-19) virus has caused havoc across the world. Corona virus has turned out to be one of the worst pandemic in the human world which has stopped almost all human activities around the world. Isolation from the outer world has been so sudden and so drastic that the animals have started appearing at places which was once just for and occupied by mean humans and their vehicles. The aim of this discussion is to gather the status of impacts of the Crisis on various tourism policies changes that are already in operation as well as changes that might be occurring globally as well as, what impact it has on India.

Prasenjit Bhadra (MBA Finance & Marketing) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce & Business Administration, Tetso College, Dimapur. His Area of Interest are Accounting and Finance, Marketing and Banking. He also shows keen interest in Investment avenues, Videography & Photography Skills. Besides these, he is also working as an active member of Tetso College Exam Committee since last 2 years.
