Real Classroom Teaching-Learning versus Online Teaching-Learning

The outbreak of Covid 19 Pandemic has immensely affected the normal lives of the people at different levels across the world. This disruption caused by the pandemic has resulted in the political instability, economic collapse, recession of religious activities and imperilment of social lives of the people. Education, being one of the dominant field of influence is adversely affected as educational institutions across the world were forced to shut down whereby learners and educators at different levels of education had to shift from face to face to the online mode of Teaching-Learning. This shifts in the mode of Teaching-Learning has led to many difficulties and challenges as one had to adapt to the new changes of the ‘online system of learning’ despite the infrastructural constraints and inadequate technological know-how especially among the economically needy and technologically inexperienced sections of society.
Hence, the goal of this webinar will mainly focus on the comparative study of the elements and factors that is involve between the Real Classroom Teaching -Learning and Online Teaching-Learning. Further ,to examine the advantages and disadvantages of Real Classroom Teaching-Learning and Online Teaching -Learning. And above all, point out the ways and means to effectively deal with the difficulties and challenges in the process of Teaching-Learning during this pandemic.
