About the Webinar: The recent conflict in Ukraine has been described using several terms: invasion, interest management, NATO at the door steps of Russia or an attack on Europe. The conflict can be dated to 2014 if not earlier and in 2022 we see that Russia as a state has the capability and will to use military methods. The way the battles and movements have aken place have been described as failure to cease the moment by some while others have described the Russian offensive as going only slightly slower than planned. What is this conflict and what are its implications?
