The Department of English in collaboration with the Department of Linguistics is delighted to be organising a Book Reading and Review Session on the 12th of September, 2023 (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM) at Lorin Hall.
We have on board for this session 3 dynamic up-and-coming writers whose debut books will be the focal point for review and discussion. Therali Rebecca S Ezung is currently a BA 3rd Semester, Linguistics Honours student of Tetso College and Sedenguno is an alumnus, MA English (Class of 2022) while Twinto Visuho holds a Master’s Degree in English Literature and Bachelor of Divinity from Eastern Theological College, Jorhat.
The key objective of this event is to foster critical thinking and facilitate intellectual discussions among the students whose diverse perspectives will provide insight into the books and enrich the experience of all participants.
A book signing event with the 3 writers will follow at the reception area right after the session concludes.
